Where to focus your mindfulness

Practicing mindfulness is a key way to improving any aspect of your life. Mindfulness has many different forms and names such as presence, concentration, yoga, zen, prayer, meditation, the now, etc. The core of mindfulness is to always be aware of your thoughts and feelings. People often use mindfulness to train their minds to focus on specific types of thoughts. I would say I was fairly anxious growing up, worrying about all kinds of things. And so after learning about mindfulness, my daily practice has been on removing any kind of thoughts that creates anxiety in my life, not to crave so much, to focus on one thing at a time, and to always be calm. Our mind creates our reality, and so it is imperative to train your mind. What do you want to focus on?
