What I ask myself everyday

In the morning:

What can I do to be my healthiest version?

What is the most important thing I need to do today?

How can I stay in grace today?

How can I do my best today?

How can I radiate joy all day?

In the evening:

Did I do everything I can to be healthy? rate it

Did I work on my most important thing today? rate it

Did I fall out of grace today? rate it

Did I do my best today? rate it

Did I radiate joy all day? rate it

This is all part of my daily review wall.
