Ever since I saw this quote for success: “Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day“, I have made it a part of my daily life. I have the quote on my wall and I carry it on paper with me at all times. I tend to want to always take on more over time. I now keep a list of my few simple disciplines that I must practice everyday. I review the list occasionally. It is important to review because some practice you thought would help could turn out to be useless. I aim to keep the list to 3-5 items. That list for me currently is:
Watch sunrise and usually exercise.
review my goals and do planning.
evening wind down with gratitude.
A question to ask yourself: what simple thing am I not doing that would be easy to do that could change my life in health or wealth?
