Spend time in silence every day. As much as you can.

It is an absolute super power to sit in silence and just be. Focus on nothing or your breath, feel your body. You do not want to follow where your thoughts talk you. Just observe them and let them pass by.

Do large chunks of time if possible, the longer the better. As you site there for longer periods of time, you will achieve higher levels of peacefulness.
