How to practice leadership on a daily basis

Give honest feedback. Sometimes it hurts to give honest feedback because you don’t want to. Be direct and truthful.

Take ownership, especially if its a negative thing. Take that ownership and talk about how you can improve it. People will respect you more.

Set a direction. If the team is unsure on a direction, help set that direction by sharing your feedback and ideas.

Resolve conflicts. If you see conflicts, be a force to help resolve those conflicts and move the ship forward.

Inspire others. Everyone is different, learn their quirks and try to inspire them to do great things.

Act as an amplifier
