I was listening to a talk on my run this morning and heard some awesome information about fear. It is not real, it is a figment of our imagination. Since it is not real, there is not real to let it grip us. As soon as we see that fear, we need to attack and not let it subsume our conscious. Do not let your fears rule over your life, instead conquer them as soon as you see it. Practice beating your feed. As Eleanor Roosevelt said, do something everyday that scares you.
For me that means not worry about my sleep and public speaking. What are your fears?
